Shennice Cleckley is a media personality, author, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in helping women and BIPOC communities thrive in business and life. She is the co-founder of L. Media, a content production company that delivers stories and messages that make viewers feel safe, seen, and empowered. She also hosts and facilitates various talk shows, conferences, events, and retreats that showcase diverse voices and perspectives.

Shennice's passion for equity and inclusion stems from her own entrepreneurial journey, which started in 2003 when she launched her first business after being laid off from Hewlett Packard. She has since founded and led several successful ventures, including a mobile bakery, a strategic business development firm, and a global non-profit. She has also served as a grassroots advocate, policy director, and Google digital coach, leveraging her skills in community relations, new business development, and new media.
